LED bulbs/lamps - saving energy, ecology, quality and longevity

LED bulbs require less energy, offering long-term savings. Modern light-emitting diodes use less energy still producing enough light. Compared to standard bulbs, LED bulbs are better for our eyes and vision..

LED bulbs can work up to a dozen of years. Their modern design and wide range of colours make them a perfect fit for any interior. LED bulbs are resistant to shocks and power surges and emit a stabe, constant stream of light.

LED strips - energy-efficiency, adjustable lenght, simplicity of combining and modernity

Modern solutions for a sensible price. Ideal for when you need a long strip of light on a ceiling, baseboards, furniture or wall feature. LED strips are available in a full colour range. The colours can be changed with a remote..

Marking of strips:

150, 300 - Refers to the number of diodes in 5m of a strip.

SMD3528, SMD5050 - The size of diodes on the strip. 3528 refers to 3.5 mm x 2.8mm size diodes, whereas 5050 corresponds to 5 mm x 5 mm.|n| It is very important that you choose the right power supply for your LED strip. It should be 10% stronger than required by the strip and never weaker..

Compact fluorescent lamps – energy-efficiency, longevity

Compact fluorescent lamps are usually a spiral or U-shaped. They need the same amount of energy to produce more light than traditional bulbs. As such, they need more time to heat fully and the initial strenght of light is weaker. Compact fluorescent lamps should not be switched on and off too often as it may lead to their damage..

Compact fluorescent lamps contain mercury.

Standard/traditional bulbs – currently withdrawn from the market

Standard or traditional lamps are characterised by a relatively low price and good colour reflection. Unfortunately, they are also highly energy-consuming. As such are gradually withdrawn from the market and replaced with LED equivalents.|n| The wire inside of traditional bulbs heats up to 2500-3000K, which means they burn out very quickly..

Halogen bulbs and lamps – uniform light and savings

Halogen lamps are filled with a noble gas and a small amount of halogen. They are small, reflect colours very well and can be dimmed. They also use up 45% less energy than traditional bulbs..
